clean room king size bed bottled water
The hotel is near an underground metro station. Bus stops are also within walking distance of the hotel. I found the room very clean and the king size bed was comfortable. Complimentary bottled water was a nice touch.
The room was a bit outdated for the price.

The breakfast area was really nice. Breakfast was varied and had a lot of options. The location is excellent. It is close to official eu offices. There are MANY good restaurants in the area TOO.
i was informed that they did not have a bedroom for me! I was not convinced of the given justification. This caused me a big INconvenience.

The room was decent. A 24-hour reception was available and the staff responded to the issues I reported. The room type was adequate for a short stay.

small bathroom inadequate cleanliness
the room felt cramped for the price i paid. the bathroom was particularly small. i also noticed dust in several areas of the room, so the cleanliness was NOT ideal.

dusty closet malfunctioning air conditioning
the room felt pretty dated (i guess it's seen better days). the air conditioning wasn't working properly. i also noticed quite a bit of dust in the closet, so i just left my clothes in my suitcase.
